Get a digital copy of your ESA letter, issued by your healthcare professional.

3 step process: We have developed a straightforward and short process: 1) Assessment > 2) Consultation > 3) ESA Letter!

Timeline: 1) Take your assessment in ~2 minutes. 2) We’ll match you with an LHCP who will reach out to you in about 2 business days. 3) After your consultation, you will receive a digital copy of your letter within 2 business days, issued and signed by your LHCP. (If you opted for a physical letter, its shipping depends on the delivery option you chose at checkout.)

Note: Some states, such as California, require a 30-day waiting period for ESA letters from new therapists.

Renewals: Depending on your state of residence, renewing your ESA letter with the same LHCP you were matched is much quicker. If possible, we always connect you with the LHCP who has assessed you before.

Priority service: If you need your letters or other extra forms quickly, we have an expedited option to get your document done when you need them. If you have any concerns regarding the timeline, please discuss them with our Customer Happiness Team!
